Why Should I eat fish?


Seafood really is the perfect way to eat yourself healthy. Experts at the British Nutrition Foundation say we should be eating at least two portions of seafood every week, at least one of which should be oil-rich. Seafood is good for every part of your body - from head to toe. Check out the following list to find out exactly what parts of your body will benefit from eating seafood.

Heart
